Provided for every tenant:
1 Large Hand Sanitizer, Hand Soap for every sink, 1 Spray Disinfectant, Face masks, 1 Container of Disinfectant Wipes, Laundry Sanitizer (Bleach or Lysol Brand). We do recommend if you have brands you are comfortable with: please pack, buy or bring those specific brands.
Cleaning Protocols:
Check In at 3pm (mst) and Check out at 11am (mst) allows our cleaning staff time to clean and disinfect Casa de Rose for AIRBNB/VRBO/Short term stays using the latest cleaning protocols from Airbnb and supplies approved by the CDC.
Cleaning for long term rentals (above 30 days) check in and out at 5 PM (MST)
Cleaning Info:
Cleaner between every reservation. Duvet is washed.
Also extra cleaning is available for an extra charge of $125 in between.
Early/Late Check In:
Unfortunately, at this time early check in and late check out may not be available for your stay. We apologize, but are trying to keep all safe and making sure to air out the unit, clean, disinfect, and sanitize surfaces.
However: You are welcome to contact us to see if it is available.
We do offer luggage drop off and storage on the day of your arrival/and past your check out time: just place in the guest closet.
